Bristol International Guarulhos Hotel

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to a shopping mall and a main street with many shops. the massage services at the hotel were excellent and affordable compared to Europe.

The staff at the hotel were not very helpful or service-minded. They were slow with the check-in process and did not respond to my requests for a special service before my arrival.

The hotel offers a complimentary fruit plate upon arrival, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the complementary drinks at the bar. The room was spacious with a convenient working counter and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was excellent. The value for money was great, and the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay both enjoyable and affordable.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to find when arriving. The area is safe and there are many different restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff is multilingual and very accommodating, offering late checkout for night international flights. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of bread and fresh fruits. the hotel provides a pleasant and convenient stay for business guests.

The fitness center could use improvement in terms of equipment and facilities.

A nice stay. Stunningly beautiful, enchanting hotel, there's nice pool and location is unbeatable near Guarulhos airport. Breakfast is tasty, we liked lots of meals. Fast check-in and great service.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short layover and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities. The hotel's location is just 6 minutes away from the airport by taxi, which was incredibly convenient for me. The staff here were fantastic and provided room service 24/7, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The hotel also had a great selection of shops and commercial services, which made it easy to pick up any necessary items during my stay. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre. The free airport shuttle was also a great touch and made my travels much smoother.
